Registered Nurse with Cardiology Experience

About the role

Clinical support role assisting our Doctors during cardiac assessments.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a minimum of one year’s cardiology experience and current ALS certification to join our HeartCheck clinic in Chatswood, minimum 5 hours per week on Wednesday.

This is a clinical support role working alongside our doctor to assist with patient cardiac assessments and non-invasive heart testing.

Your role will include assisting the doctor with taking patient vital signs, ECGs and Exercise Stress Tests.

You will work closely with the doctor and clinic team to provide a skilled, reassuring and patient-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the doctor with ECGs and Exercise Stress Tests
Prepare patients and equipment for examinations
Take and record basic observations and relevant clinical information
Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their assessment




Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection-control procedures
Ensure equipment and the clinical area are prepared and maintained to a high standard
Work collaboratively with the doctor and clinic team

The role offers a generous hourly rate of $70 per hour with a minimum of 5 hours per shift.

You must have at least 12 months of experience in a cardiology or critical care (ED / ICU) environment and up-to-date Advanced Life Support certification.
