About the role

Trounce Caravans is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Caravan Sales Consultant to join our team in Ballarat, VIC. This is a full time position working in fully stock yard, where you will be responsible for selling our range of high-quality caravans to customers.

What you'll be doing
Consulting with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best caravan options for them
Demonstrating and showcasing the features of our caravans to potential buyers
Handling sales inquiries, both in person and over the phone
Closing sales and completing all necessary paperwork
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range and industry developments
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Attend caravan and leisure shows providing an chance to create leads and showcase the caravans we have on offer.

What we're looking for
Experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the caravan or automotive industry
Solid communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on technical features
A driven and competitive sales mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
A passion for the caravan lifestyle and a genuine interest in our products
Proficient in computing ie Customer Relationship Manager.
