Broad Engineering, a preferred civil and construction company based in Toowoomba, is seeking an experienced and reliable Civil Construction Labourer to join our retaining wall construction team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, safety-focused person who enjoys working outdoors, and contributing to high-quality civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the construction and installation of concrete retaining walls.
Undertake site preparation, and general civil labouring duties.
Assist with installing posts, concrete sleepers, drainage and associated materials.
Safely operate relevant plant and equipment where appropriately licensed.
Follow site plans, instructions, SWMS and workplace health and safety requirements.
Work cooperatively with supervisors, operators and other team members.
Maintain a clean, organised and protected worksite.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:
Previous retaining wall or relevant civil construction experience.




A current Construction Industry White Card.
A current Australian driver’s licence.
Assisting the operator with concrete retaining wall installation
The physical capability to safely perform manual construction duties.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach.
Availability for an immediate start.
