You'll lead a dedicated team across bar, bistro, gaming, bottle shop and functions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence. This role suits a visible, hands-on manager who enjoys being on the floor, connecting with customers and staff, and driving business performance in a relaxed country setting.

Your Skills and Experience:
Proven experience managing a pub, hotel, tavern,



or hospitality venue
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and retain great teams
Experience managing venue financials, budgets, rostering, and cost controls
Sound knowledge of hospitality compliance, liquor licensing, and gaming operations
A genuine passion for customer service and creating a welcoming community atmosphere
