Elenika & Co Greek eatery is a vibrant and authentic Greek dining experience located in Malvern East. We are dedicated to providing our guests with exceptional service and delicious, traditional Greek cuisine. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated wait staff to join our team and contribute to our welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Provide excellent service to all guests, ensuring a warm and friendly dining experience.
Order Taking: Accurately take and relay food and drink orders to the kitchen and bar.
Food Delivery: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and effective manner.
Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu, including daily specials, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
Payment Processing: Handle guest payments, including cash and card transactions, accurately and efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other wait staff to ensure smooth service.
Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.





Requirements
Experience: Previous experience as a waiter or waitress preferred, but not required.
Availability: Must be available to work weekends.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Multitasking: Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
