Front of House / Floor Staff — Divaa Indian Restaurant
Divaa Indian Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Floor Staff to join our front-of-house team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality, thrive in a vibrant dining setting, and take pride in quality service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions regarding dishes, spice levels, and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system and relay special dietary requirements to the kitchen.
Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries and payments (cash and card) with professionalism.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the dining floor.

What We’re Looking For




Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (preferred, but training provided for candidates with the right attitude).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional manner.
Ability to multitask and stay composed during peak services.
Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card (or willingness to obtain one prior to start).
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Valid Australian working rights.
