We are providing our services to the Univeristy campus and are currently seeking hardworking, reliable and friendly team members with solid communication and supervisory skills to join our team at La Trobe University - Mildura Campus (471 Benetook Ave, Mildura VIC 3500).

The position
Part Time Leading Hand
Monday to Friday 6:00am - 10:00am (20 hours per week)

As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within each residential home, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and other workers.

Requirements

You will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process:
A valid Police Check
Valid working rights
Australian Driver Licence and own vehicle preferibly
Experience as a Cleaning Supervisor

As the Leading Hand you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them.



Some of your key responsibilities will include:
General cleaning duties, including offices and common areas.
Supporting of onsite cleaning team members.
Operation of cleaning machinery (e.g. vacuums, steam cleaners, scrubbers, etc.)
Responsibility for maintaining cleaning standars on site.
Managing and resolving client feedback and reporting outcomes to the client.
Working closely with the onsite team and Cirka management.

Essencial experience in:
Cleaning
Managing people
Site inspections
Staff training
Indidents reports
Performance reviews
