We are looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Time Barista to join our team at Elements Brasserie Belmore.

About the Role
Full-time position
5 days per week
7:45 AM start
3:00 PM finish
Must be available to work weekends
Prepare high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organised and professional coffee station
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Work effectively as part of a busy hospitality team

What We're Looking For
Previous barista experience essential
Robust coffee-making skills and attention to detail




Excellent customer service and communication
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Weekend availability essential
Australian working rights
