About the Company & Role

Join a well‑established plastic manufacturing company that prides itself on quality production and a supportive team workplace. We are currently seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Night Shift Production Operator to join our operations team on an ongoing casual basis, with full‑time hours available.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
Employment Type: Casual, ongoing (full‑time hours)
Location: Altona North
Requirements: Valid Forklift Licence is essential

Key Responsibilities

Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:
Monitoring and ensuring all production machinery is operating efficiently and safely
Cleaning, disassembling, and re‑assembling production components as required
Supporting production schedules and assisting with workflow planning
Conducting quality checks on rejected or faulty products
Operating the forklift to move materials and finished goods around the facility

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience working in a manufacturing, plastics, or similar industrial workplace
Robust mechanical and/or electrical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues




A current forklift licence with proven operating experience
Excellent communication skills, solid time‑management abilities, and effective problem‑solving skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently during night shift hours
