I am partnering with a National firm, seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team.

About the Role

This is an excellent chance for a solicitor with a passion for family law to manage their own caseload across property settlements, parenting matters, divorce, and financial agreements, while working alongside a supportive and experienced team. You'll have the chance to build genuine, long-term client relationships and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through to resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation where required
Draft and review consent orders, financial agreements, and court documents
Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, and conferences
Provide explicit, empathetic advice to clients navigating difficult personal circumstances
Liaise with barristers, mediators,



and other professionals as required
Contribute to business development and the ongoing improvement of the practice

About You
Admitted solicitor in NSW, with 2+ years' PQE in family law
Solid knowledge of the Family Law Act and related legislation
Confident running your own matters with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients during sensitive times
A collaborative team player who's also happy to bring fresh ideas to the table
