Maltzahn's Mowing is growing!

With 60+ regular clients (commercial and residential) and new work coming in weekly, we're looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join us. We are a small, vibrant company focused on delivering exceptional results. We pride ourselves on getting the job done and exceeding customer expectations. It will be approximately 3 days per week initially, with the prospect for increased hours and career progression.

The Role:
Working across Perth's Northern to Eastern Suburbs, duties will include:
Mowing, edging and whipper snipping
Weeding, hedging and pruning
Tree and shrub removals
Planting and mulching
Garden and property clean-ups
General labouring / trade assistant work
Loading, unloading and looking after equipment

This is quick-paced, physically demanding work. You'll be outdoors, on your feet and working hard throughout the day — including through Perth's warmer months. You need to be comfortable getting dirty, sweaty and putting in a solid day's work.

What We're Looking For:
Experience is preferred but not essential — we're happy to train the right person. What matters most is:




Excellent punctuality and reliability
Strong work ethic and ability to maintain a valuable pace
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Respect for clients, properties and equipment
Satisfactory National Police Clearance – non-negotiable
Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check if required
Strict zero tolerance for illicit drugs or attending work affected by drugs or alcohol

Casual | Approx. 3 days per week | Award rate or above
