Experienced Barista – Part time / Casual | Hawthorn

Saint Helen Cafe in Hawthorn is looking for an experienced barista to join our team on a part-time or casual basis.

We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the coffee machine, can work efficiently during busy periods, and consistently makes excellent coffee.

About the role:
Part time or casual position
Weekday and weekend shifts available
Saturday and Sunday availability is essential
Morning/daytime café hours
Ongoing role for the right person

What we’re looking for:
Previous barista experience
Strong espresso coffee-making skills
Excellent milk texturing
Able to work quickly during busy service
Friendly and confident with customers
Reliable and punctual
Able to work well as part of a small team

Applicants will complete a short coffee skills assessment/trial as part of the recruitment process.

Location: Hawthorn, Melbourne
