We are a prominent, Australian enterprise operating a large scale FMCG network. As an established market leader within high volume commercial goods, the business manages complex import pipelines, extensive warehousing, and broad scale distribution across Australia.

To support ongoing operational scaling, executive leadership is appointing a Finance Manager to take end to end ownership of accounting, working capital management, and financial governance.

Core Responsibilities
Financial Control & Reporting: Lead month end and year end closing processes, preparing accurate statutory accounts, management reporting packs, and financial statements.
Commercial & Operational Analysis: Partner with business leaders to deliver performance insights, variance analysis, and key operational metrics to support strategic decision making.
Planning & Forecasting: Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow modeling to optimise liquidity and business planning.




Governance & Compliance: Manage all tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance obligations while managing external audit relationships.
Process Improvement & Leadership: Direct and mentor the finance team, driving systems enhancement and internal control optimisations across the company.

Candidate Profile
Qualifications: CA or CPA qualification is mandatory.
Background: Proven track record in a finance manager role within FMCG, large scale distribution, or supply chain environments.
Core Competencies: Deep expertise in operational analysis, and multi entity financial control.
Systems: Advanced exposure to ERP systems and robust Excel skills.
