Labourers & Plant Operators – NSW & ACT

We are currently building a strong pool of Labourers and Plant Operators for upcoming civil, construction and infrastructure projects across NSW and the ACT.

We are looking to hear from reliable, safety-focused workers who are available for short-term, long-term and ongoing prospects.

Roles We’re Recruiting For
Civil and construction labourers
General labourers
Excavator operators
Skid steer operators
Roller operators
Loader operators
Water cart operators
Dump truck / articulated dump truck operators
Other experienced plant and machinery operators

What We’re Looking For
Previous civil, construction or infrastructure experience preferred
White Card
Relevant plant tickets / VOCs for operator positions
Robust commitment to safety
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic




Ability to work effectively within a team
Driver licence and reliable transport highly regarded
