We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our NSW Sales team based at Emu Plains, NSW

Key Responsibilities:
You will be required to assist customers with order bookings
Liaise with customers with their queries and product information.
Liaise with other departments for orders and credits
Provide a range of administrative and support services

What we are looking for:
A punctual, positive and efficient individual




Comfortable working in an agile and time critical environment
Accurate data entry skills
Excellent time management.
Results oriented with a focus on providing great customer service.
Experience with MS Office is essential.
Experience with Pronto is advantageous.
Previous experience in the sales setting or the construction industry is advantageous, but not essential.
