What You'll Do
Manage and optimise Samsung's authorised service network to achieve key service and performance targets.
Conduct service partner audits, site visits and performance reviews.
Drive continuous improvement across repair processes, parts management and service operations.
Support technical escalations and complex customer issues.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, compliance, training and service outcomes.

About You
Technical background in consumer electronics, appliances or HVAC.
Experience in service operations, technical support or field service.




Strong understanding of repair networks and customer service environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Analytical with experience using data to improve performance.
