Working with a team of experienced professionals you will be the key client services point of contact for our small but high value clients. There is the possibility to work from home in a hybrid manner and there is the flexibility of starting later and finishing earlier for outstanding work/life balance for those raising children.

Responsibilities
Main point of contact for our clients
Driving all the advice annual reviews and implementations for existing and new clients for super, investments, insurance and family office services
Manage ongoing compliance requirements including consent forms and assisting the Director to implement changes from compliance or legislative changes




Enhance the CRM and generate reports from our CRM to assist in the productive running of the practice

Our practice is growing, so there is an opportunity to step into more of a practice management role as it grows and the team expands.

Experience
2+ years as a Client Services Manager within a Financial planning firm
Adviser Logic experience highly regarded
Exception organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
Robust attention to detail and commitment to standard operating processes
Experienced in and passionate about systems/processes improvements
Diploma, Advanced Diploma or degree in Financial planning or commerce related fields highly regarded.
