About the role

We are seeking an S/4HANA Operational Procurement & Inventory Management (OPIM) Functional Expert to join a specialist delivery team within Queensland government in Brisbane.
This role will work with project team members and key stakeholders to assess the current S/4HANA landscape and design/implement fit-for-purpose solutions that enable efficient inventory replenishment, inventory control, and reverse logistics.
This includes functional design, configuration, WRICEF support, documentation, testing support, cutover input, and post-implementation stabilisation/hypercare.

Required skills
Proven hands-on experience as an SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant in Materials Management / Procurement / Inventory Management (OPIM focus ideal)
Strong capability across inventory replenishment, inventory control, and reverse logistics process design and optimisation
Experience designing S/4HANA master data structures
Demonstrated experience delivering S/4HANA configuration and supporting WRICEF requirements
Solid integration understanding across EWM, SD, FI/CO,



SAP BTP and/or external systems
Solid documentation skills: process flows, functional specs, configuration/design docs, test scripts
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills in complex environments (health/public sector experience highly regarded)
