We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running in Victoria, with existing contacts and an established respect within our industry.

Qualifications & experience
Swimming pool industry experience is essential!
At least 3 years in business development, with a proven record of sales growth via recent business.




Strong skills in time management, communication, presentation, organisation, and logical problem-solving.
Excellent customer service orientation, able to connect with trades, distributors, and direct customers.
Capability to deliver clear troubleshooting advice in simple terms.

Tasks & responsibilities
Maintain and expand the existing customer base across Victoria, Tasmania & South Australia.
Prospect and secure new business to meet sales budgets.
Deliver top-tier support and training to trade and distribution partners.
Participate in trade and consumer shows as needed.
Primarily field-based with a home office.
