We’re seeking an exceptional Strategic Change Director to lead the change, communications and cultural agenda across a major regulatory transformation program.

This is a critical and highly visible leadership role, with significant exposure to senior executives and key decision-makers across the organisation.

You’ll have a genuine opportunity to shape the direction of the program, influence enterprise-wide outcomes and make a lasting mark on the organisation.

The Role:
Lead the program's change and communications strategy.
Embed cultural, behavioural and business change.
Lead remediation, readiness and change impact activities.
Translate complex objectives into clear, compelling messaging.
Establish change governance, frameworks and success measures.
Identify and mitigate change risks and barriers.

About You:
15+ years’ leading complex transformational change.




Robust background in cultural and behavioural change
Experience operating in complex, high-profile settings.
Strong OCM methodology and change leadership experience.
Exceptional communication skills.
Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands on
Regulatory experience would be well regarded
