We are seeking hands-on Managers and all FOH roles.

Duty Manager – CYCA, Rushcutters Bay
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Strong floor-management and leadership skills
Experience managing staffing levels, recruitment, and retention
Ability to manage FOH costs effectively
Current RSA and full working rights in Australia
Creative, solution-focused, and team-oriented
Passion for the hospitality industry

Host / Waitstaff / Bartender / Runner – Alati, Wentworthville
Previous experience preferred (especially for bartenders and waitstaff)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Well-presented with excellent guest engagement skills




Collaborative and team-focused
Availability to work 5 days across a 7-day roster
Current RSA and full working rights in Australia

Section Waiter / Bartender / Runner – Sala, Pyrmont
Previous experience preferred in fine dining (especially for bartenders and waitstaff)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Well-presented with excellent guest engagement skills
Team-oriented and team-focused
Food and beverage knowledge an advantage (training provided)
Availability to work 5 days across a 7-day roster
Current RSA and full working rights in Australia
