Mima Pizzeria is an Italian restaurant located in Dianella, serving authentic Italian cuisine in a vibrant and welcoming restaurant setting. We are seeking an experienced and passionate full time Cook to join our kitchen team.

Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes in accordance with recipes and food safety standards
Assist with menu preparation, stock control and kitchen organisation
Maintain a clean, safe and effective kitchen
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods

About you
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Cook
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred
Experience with Italian cuisine is highly regarded
Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure

Salary: 75,000–82,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
