About the Role

We are currently seeking a energetic and experienced Casual Duty Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members and guests.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and gaming environment and is passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Managing staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift supervision
Ensuring compliance with OH&S;, Food Hygiene, and licensing regulations
Identifying prospects to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs
Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences
Leading by example and fostering a positive team culture
Overseeing events, functions, and club activities
Monitoring club facilities,



equipment, and supplies
Resolving member and guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Assisting with administrative duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Duty Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality and gaming industries
Current RSA, RSG, and RMLV qualifications
Approved Managers Licence and Working with Children Blue Card (desirable but not essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
A customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality
Experience using POS systems and standard office software
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
