Our Client is a buoyant multi-disciplinary 2nd tier builder. They are renowned for delivering projects in the commercial, government, institutional, industrial, and apartment sectors ranging in value from $5M - $100M.

They have secured a negotiated contract to deliver a $25M aged care recent build in the inner Eastern suburbs and require a capable CA to join the project team.

Based in office working alongside and learning from a gun PM you will oversee all contracts to sub contractors, variations, claims, RFI's as well as general coordination and document control.

The ideal candidate will:
Have completed a tertiary qualification in quantity surveying or construction/project management and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Be a self starter capable of working without direction or micro- management




Be able to multi task effectively
Be well presented and an effective communicator
Possess excellent commercial awareness with robust relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
