Start date: August 2026 Brentwood Park is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated early childhood teacher to join our friendly team. We are a dual room service, with two four-year-old groups, two three-year-old groups. Our experienced co-educators in the 30 children three-to-four year old Ladybirds group, and the wider educator team will support you to establish yourself and become a part of the skilled and dedicated team at Brentwood Park Kindergarten. We are seeking someone who can:




Provide a developmentally appropriate program for the Ladybirds group based on children’s interests and strengths and supported by theory and the frameworks
Have an understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF, the National Law and Regulations as well as Child Protected Standards
Work collaboratively with co-educators to deliver the 3yo group program in the Ladybirds group
Establish a strong rapport with children and their families, enhancing their sense of belonging.
Encourage children’s curiosity and enthusiasm for learning through our play-based and bush kinder program.
Compile and record observational notes, photos and work samples for children’s individual learning portfolio.
Contribute to the team tasks that enhance the program and working together with our wonderful educators
