About the Role

Join our close-knit team at Aranda House as a Case Manager, guiding residents through recovery, building genuine relationships, and helping them build life skills and relapse prevention plans in a structured Therapeutic Community.

Duties
Guide residents through their daily program, from morning handover to evening wind-down
Design and deliver individual treatment and relapse prevention plans
Manage resident intake, induction, and ongoing case reviews
Facilitate group therapy, community meetings, and cultural programs
Support residents with practical next steps like housing and job applications

Skills & Experience
Case management experience, including direct client support and multidisciplinary teamwork
Solid grasp of AOD recovery principles, harm minimisation, and client-centred practice
Motivational Interviewing skills and confidence facilitating group therapy and community meetings
Cultural awareness and the ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
Current Australian Driver’s Licence, First Aid Certificate,



and eligible for NT Ochre Card

Market-competitive salary of $101,453 – $110,440 plus super and salary packaging up to $15,900
