This role is at the heart of our service operations, coordinating technicians, managing work orders, and ensuring customers receive skilled and timely service from booking through to completion of jobs including contracts administration.

We're a Queensland-owned commercial HVAC&R; business with long-term government and key client portfolios. Over time, we've built a strong team and a solid foundation, and we're continuing to improve how we work and what we deliver.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Technical Services Team who want to be part of a business that's getting better, not standing still.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate service bookings and technician schedules
Manage customer enquiries and job updates
Liaise with customers,



suppliers, subcontractors, and technicians
Process purchase orders and support invoicing activities
Maintain accurate job and customer records
Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling issues where required

About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in both administration and service coordination
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems
Experience in a trade, construction, HVAC, facilities management, or similar service-based environment is highly regarded
