We are hiring for the positions of Shift Supervisors with a pathway to Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient business performance.

Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual commitments are available for the right candidates., with a versatile range of hours.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

· Running and Managing the overall day-to-day operations of the takeaway retail store

· Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving customer complaints

· Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory control

· Managing point-of-sale operations, cash handling and daily reconciliation

· Implementing and maintaining workplace health and safety and food safety standards

· Assisting in pricing, promotions and sales strategies to maximise revenue

· Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

· Training and mentoring staff to maintain operational efficiency

Skills & Experience Required:





· Experience in a retail or hospitality in supervisor/management roles

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Experience in a fast-paced takeaway or food retail environment preferred

· Well-versed customer service etiquette

· Ability to work under pressure and manage busy service periods

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required
