The successful applicant will be experienced in all aspects of pastry making with a broad knowledge, in particular laminating, cutting/shaping puff pastry/pastries, croissants and viennoiserie in our air conditioned pastry room. We are a up-to-date bakery with state of the art equipment. We are looking for someone to progress their career. You must be efficient, clean and above all, be able to produce quality products in a timely fashion. For the right person this will be a rewarding career move.

MUST be available weekends and anf early starts.

This is a senior position, to apply you MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience within a commercial bakery setting.

Full time position, with 6am starts and must be available on weekends
