Preparing fresh vegetables, salads and sandwich fillings.
Preparing and making Bánh Mì and other takeaway food items.
Restocking ingredients and maintaining the salad bar.
Following food safety, hygiene and temperature control procedures.
Receiving and storing food deliveries.
Maintaining cleanliness of the food preparation area.
Assisting with customer orders during busy periods.
Rotating stock using FIFO and checking expiry dates.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in a bakery, café or takeaway food setting.
Experience preparing Bánh Mì is preferred.
Ability to speak Vietnamese will be an advantage.
Pay: $24.00 – $26.40 per hour
