About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves supporting participants with day-to-day activities, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life.

The position offers a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
Personal care (showering, grooming, hygiene support)
Transportation to appointments and community activities
Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition
Domestic support (cleaning, laundry, household tasks)

Previous experience in one or more of the above areas will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:




Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
Current National Police Check
Availability to work Monday to Friday
Solid English communication skills (written and verbal)
A caring, respectful, and professional approach to support

Pay: $33.00 – $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week

Adelaide SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Direct support: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:
First Aid Certification (Preferred)
Working with Children Check (Preferred)
National Police Certificate (Preferred)
Driver Licence (Required)
