ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and skilled Gardener/Handyman to take care of one of our properties. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining 1-acre of beautiful landscapes , and has the technical know-how to handle general repairs and maintenance tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Gardening:
Maintain gardens, lawns, hedges, and outdoor areas
Plant, prune, water, weed, and fertilize as needed
Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
Ensure the overall health and appearance of all plants and green spaces

General Repairs & Maintenance:
Perform minor repairs
Inspect and maintain property fixtures and systems
Address maintenance issues in a timely manner
Keep tools and work areas clean, organized, and protected

REQUIREMENTS




Proven experience in gardening and general maintenance work
Knowledge of plants, landscaping tools, and seasonal care
Basic handyman skills: carpentry, painting, plumbing, or electrical a plus
Valuable physical condition and able to work outdoors in various weather
Reliable, punctual

Job Type: Full time

Pay: From $36.00 per hour
