We are looking for reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Team Members to join an established national grounds maintenance company working across commercial sites throughout Sydney.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and is looking for a reliable, long-term position with the chance to learn and grow within the business.

About the Role

Working as part of an experienced grounds maintenance team, you will assist with maintaining commercial gardens, lawns and landscaped areas to a high standard.

Your duties may include:
Lawn mowing, edging and general turf maintenance
Whipper snipping
Hedging and pruning
Weed control and spraying
General gardening and grounds maintenance
Garden clean-ups and green waste removal
Operating gardening and grounds maintenance equipment
Assisting the Team Leader with daily tasks
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Following all site and workplace safety procedures

About You

We are looking for people who:
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Are reliable and punctual
Enjoy working outdoors and being physically active
Are willing to learn and take direction
Can work effectively as part of a team




Take pride in producing quality work
Have previous gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience, although training can be provided
Have a current Police Check or are willing to obtain one
Have a current Working With Children Check or are willing to obtain one
Hold a driver's licence or have reliable transport

Experience using mowers, whipper snippers, hedgers and other gardening equipment will be highly regarded.

Salary & Advantages
$52,247 – $58,292 per annum + superannuation
Based on a 38-hour week
Pay rate can be reviewed following successful completion of probation
Full PPE provided
