Food & Beverage Attendant – New Venue Opening | Maroochydore

Hallmark Hospitality is launching an exciting new late night country venue in Maroochydore and we’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapid-paced, vibrant venue from day one, delivering exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests while working within a supportive and energetic team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Fast paced bar service
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Running food and drinks during busy service periods
Glassy duties, including clearing and resetting tables and maintaining venue cleanlines
Assisting with venue setup and pack down
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas




Contributing to a positive and energetic team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous food & beverage experience in a high volume hospitality venue
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including late nights and weekends
Strong presentation and attention to detail
A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
RSA certification (required)
