Expert Hearing Care is looking for a motivated, organised, and creatively minded Administration Officer to join our growing East Perth team. You’ll be a key part of our head office and clinic support network — helping ensure our clients receive exceptional care and our team has everything they need to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Process claims through HSP, DVA, WorkCover, WorkSafe, and other funding bodies with accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to our clinics and head office team.
Maintain and update patient records, documentation, and internal databases.




Respond to phone and email enquiries with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
Assist with invoicing, reporting, stock management, and general office administration.
