What we are looking for:
Chef's - Trade Qualifications with at least 2 years+ experience in a similar role
Cooks with previous experience in a busy kitchen
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure in a quick paced, high volume restaurant.
The ability to adapt to challenges, Quick thinker and works well in a small or large team.
Ability to maintain a calmly and respectfully.
Valuable communication and organisational skills.




A sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
A team spirit, bright and positive demeanour.
