Essential Requirements
Applicants must currently be residing in Australia
Applicants must have full unrestricted work rights in Australia
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents will be given preference

Your Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality Japanese dishes
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
Monitor food costs and minimise waste
Order and manage stock and kitchen supplies
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
Train and support junior kitchen staff
Work closely with the Head Chef and management team





What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef
Experience in Japanese cuisine is preferred
Robust organisational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy service
Positive attitude and robust teamwork
Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
