We are looking for an experienced Revit Documenter to support the delivery of retail projects from design development through to construction documentation. You'll work closely with designers, architects, project managers and consultants to ensure documentation is accurate, coordinated and delivered to a high standard.

The Opportunity This role is ideal for a technically solid documenter who enjoys working in Revit and wants exposure to rapid-paced retail projects.

You will be involved in:
Producing detailed Revit documentation for retail projects
Developing and maintaining accurate Revit models
Preparing plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules
Updating documentation throughout design development and construction stages
Coordinating documentation with architects, designers, consultants and project teams
Working from design concepts and mark-ups to produce construction-ready documentation
Ensuring drawings are accurate, coordinated and issued within project deadlines
Assisting with documentation standards and maintaining high levels of quality control

We are looking for a detail-oriented Revit Documenter who can hit the ground running and is comfortable working to deadlines across multiple projects.

You will ideally have:




Previous experience working as a Revit Documenter within architecture, interiors, retail or commercial fit-out
Strong Revit skills and a high level of documentation capability
Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to interpret design information and develop coordinated documentation
Experience working to deadlines within a rapid-paced project environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Retail or commercial fit-out experience is highly regarded
