We are seeking experienced and compassionate Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our casual healthcare workforce in Tamworth, NSW.

About the role You will provide high-quality care and support to residents while working alongside RNs, ENs and other care staff.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting residents with personal care and daily living
Supporting mobility, transfers, nutrition and hydration
Promoting resident dignity,



comfort and independence
Following individual care plans and facility procedures
Maintaining accurate documentation
Working effectively as part of the care team

About you We are looking for AINs who are reliable, compassionate and confident working in aged care.
Essential:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Relevant Australian healthcare experience
Current police check and required screening
Current First Aid/CPR
Required immunisation and compliance documentation
