HR Labourer

Location: O'Connor | Immediate Start | Temp-to-Perm | HR Licence Required

We are seeking a reliable HR Labourer for an immediate start, with a strong work ethic and hands-on experience using their HR licence.

This is a great prospect for someone looking for ongoing work and the potential for a long-term position.

The Role:

You will be working across residential and commercial projects, assisting with general labouring duties while also operating HR vehicles as required.

Duties will include:
General labouring and site duties
Loading/unloading materials and equipment
Driving and operating HR vehicles
Assisting trades and operators on site
Following daily instructions and site requirements
Maintaining a protected and tidy work environment

About You:
Current HR Licence
Previous hands-on HR driving experience is essential




General labouring experience
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Well presented and professional
Looking for ongoing, long-term work

Hours & Pay:
O'Connor yard
6:00am arrival / 6:20am start
Monday–Friday, approximately 55 hours per week
Saturdays only occasionally required
Pay rate in the $20s & $30s, depending on experience.

This is an immediate requirement, so we're looking for someone who is dependable, ready to work and genuinely interested in a long-term chance.
