Brasserie L’Entrecôte is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee the restaurant’s daily operations.

Established for over 10 years, Brasserie L’Entrecôte is a successful French restaurant with a loyal customer base, a strong team and a genuine commitment to warm, skilled hospitality.

Key responsibilities
Lead daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service
Manage, motivate and train the restaurant team
Maintain consistently high standards of service and presentation
Prepare rosters and manage labour costs
Monitor staff performance and support team development
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Oversee stock control, ordering and general restaurant presentation
Work closely with the kitchen and senior management
Support sales, profitability and the restaurant’s continued growth

About you
Minimum two years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar restaurant
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Robust leadership and communication skills
Positive,



hands-on attitude with a strong floor presence
Organised, reliable and calm under pressure
Ability to lead by example and build a positive team culture
Availability to work a full-time roster, including weekends
