House Made Hospitality is a Sydney-based, globally-inspired group built on people, quality, and care. Since launching Hinchcliff House in 2021, we’ve grown to 16 distinctive venues, delivering exceptional food and drink experiences across Sydney.

Apollonia – A moody, history-rich Sicilian bar with big negronis, bold cocktails, and a lot of heart.
Grana – Our Italian restaurant, serving fresh, high-quality produce with straightforward, delicious drinks and warm hospitality, from lunch until late.
Lana – A one-hatted dining experience by Executive Chef Alex Wong, blending European and Asian flavours with modern elegance.

The Role – Bartender

We’re looking for an experienced bartender who loves creating memorable moments and crafting exceptional cocktails. If you bring personality, passion, and a love for hospitality, we’ll provide training, growth, and plenty of fun.
