We're looking for a warm and motivated experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist, or a cross-trained Dental Assistant with front desk experience, who enjoys building relationships, supporting patients and helping create a well-organised, productive practice.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients and families, you'll play an key role in creating a positive experience from the very first phone call through to the completion of treatment.

You'll manage the day-to-day reception function while supporting the team to ensure our practice runs efficiently and our patients receive outstanding care.

Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and families




Managing phone calls, emails and patient enquiries
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Processing payments and patient accounts
Managing routine patient communications
Maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Assisting with administrative tasks and helping the team wherever required

Roster

Permanent 2 Days Per Week:
Thursday, 9:30am–6:00pm
Saturday, 8:30am–6:30pm (time-and-a-half pay rate)
