Norfolk is a Melbourne based Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service, Repair and Installation company.

Our objective is to keep our customers kitchens productive and operating efficiently by ensuring that their equipment is serviced and maintained to the highest level.

We achieve this by providing a broad range of technical services which cover all the equipment types that you would find within the commercial kitchen setting.

We’re currently looking for a motivated, well presented and skilled service tradesman/technician to join our local team.

What will you do in this position?
Undertake fault diagnosis and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment – this ranges from easy to complex machinery
Work with the office to manage job completion and parts requisition
Perform scheduled servicing of equipment to maintain its operating performance
Work autonomously through out the day and in teams as the task requires
Be involved in the removal and installation of equipment/machinery
Use the community of the team to get the most out of your work experience

Qualities that are desirable:
Qualification in Electrical, Electronics or like
or Qualification in Plumbing - Gas, Gas Type A
Experience with mechanical equipment and or appliances, or aptitude to learn.
A professional presentation - appearance, written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills.
Poses a proactive and lateral thinking thought process
A current Victorian Drivers license.
Ability to be oncall and a willingness to undertake overtime if the need should arise.
The ability to work autonomously.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
