About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Grocery All-Rounder to join our team. This is a hands-on role working across the shop floor, front register, deli, and back-of-house operations.

You’ll be expected to assist wherever needed across the store, so we’re looking for someone with initiative, solid attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude who is comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Operate the front register and provide friendly, efficient customer service
Refill shelves and maintain a clean, well-presented store
Assist with unpacking, handling and rotating produce and grocery products
Assist in the deli, including serving customers, slicing and preparing deli products, restocking displays, and maintaining cleanliness
Follow food handling, hygiene and safety procedures when working in the deli




Support general store operations and other team members as required

Requirements
Previous grocery, supermarket or retail experience is essential
Previous deli or food handling experience is highly regarded
Comfortable assisting across all areas of the store, including the deli
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical workplace
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, proactive and able to work well as part of a team
Must be available for early mornings, weekends and rotating shifts

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour
