La Petal has over 10 years of combined experience in floristry and floral arrangements. Our beautiful store is conveniently located in Sydney Westfield, Penrith and exciting plans to open more stores.

About the role

You will be working as part of a tight-knit team to:

Prepare flowers

Create flower arrangements and bouquets to orders

Chat to our lovely customers

Visual merchandising in our lovely store

Special events work with high volume retail periods, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas

Perks and perks

We will train you! We are a tight-knit team dedicated to sharing knowledge and helping one another grow as florists.

Conveniently located in Penirth.

Skills and experience

Your qualifications and experience will include but are not limited to:

An eye for colour and composition





Passionate about flowers and a creative mindset

Robust customer service experience: happy to serve customers instore, take orders and answer the phone

Reliable and easy to work with

Excellent communication skills and organisational skills

Work well in a team

Certificate 3 in Floristry – must have completed it on in the process of finishing

2 years + Floristry experience in a retail background is preferred

Versatile with your work hours

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
