Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Supervisor
Location: Brisbane & Gold Coast, QLD
Salary: $58-$70ph (+ vehicle + super + salary package)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to join our growing team, delivering high-quality construction projects across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid background in commercial plumbing construction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to completion
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings
Maintain solid relationships with clients, builders, and stakeholders
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
Conduct site inspections and manage quality assurance processes

About You
Proven experience in commercial plumbing (construction)
Previous experience as a Supervisor in a similar role




Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Solid understanding of construction processes and timelines
Relevant plumbing trade qualification (licensed preferred)
White Card (required)
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
