About the role

We are looking for a skilled Cabinet maker/Joiner to join our team at ORO Joinery in Smeaton Grange, NSW. This full-time position will see you play a key role in the production of high-quality custom cabinetry and joinery for residential clients.

Key responsibilities
Reading and interpreting design plans and specifications to determine project requirements
Measuring, cutting, assembling and finishing cabinet boxes, doors, drawers and other joinery components
Ensuring all work meets quality standards and client expectations
Maintaining a clean, safe and organized workshop workplace

About you
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Cabinet maker/Joiner, ideally within a custom joinery or cabinetry business
Expertise in using power tools, hand tools and workshop machinery




Robust attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Positive communication and customer service skills
A reliable, proactive and team-oriented approach
