We are a busy sushi takeaway in Yokine looking for a reliable and experienced Sushi Maker / All Rounder member to join us full time.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in sushi, Japanese food, food preparation or a rapid-paced commercial kitchen. Sushi rolling experience is highly regarded, but training will be provided for the right experienced candidate.

The role
Making and rolling sushi
Daily food preparation
Customer service
Restocking and maintaining product presentation
Keeping work areas clean and organised
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Monitoring stock levels and stock ordering

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a fast-paced food or kitchen environment
Sushi-making experience is highly regarded
Works quickly while maintaining quality and consistency
Is reliable, punctual and organised
Takes initiative and can work independently
Is a quick learner and open to feedback
Is available Monday–Friday, 38 hours per week

$60,000–$65,000 + super, depending on experience
