IRT is seeking an in office pharmacist to join the Milton Residential Care Home on a part time basis across three days per week. You will bring expert medication management to a multidisciplinary team including GPs, in office nurses and care staff.

You will focus on person-centred care, optimise medicines use, reduce medication-related harm and support transitions of care within the RACF setting. Pre-employment checks apply.
